Life can be painful, full of unexpected events and confusing turns. Depression, anxiety, family conflicts, job stress, health issues, trauma, can all be overwhelming. Talking to someone can be scary, and coming to counseling is a brave act, one that I applaud. This courage to open yourself up to change, allows healing to occur.

My goal as your therapist is to help you understand and navigate your unique situation, to learn positive strategies to cope with, manage or resolve distress. I have 25+ years of experience working with adults, adolescents, children, those struggling with substance abuse, autism spectrum, or personality disorders, in both outpatient and inpatient settings.

My name is Nancy Wohlrabe, and I invite you to call and take that first step. I'm here to help.
